Carney's seat 2nd best potential pick-up for Republicans according to Friday House Line

The Washington Post’s Friday House Line has Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District as one of the top 20 potential pickups for the opposition party in November. Coming in at #11, it ranks only behind TX-22 (ranked #8) as a potential Republican pick up.

11. PA-10 (Dem.-held): Rep. Chris Carney's (D) win in 2006 over the badly damaged Don Sherwood (R) made some forget the underlying Republicanism of the district. Carney has acquitted himself well in his first 18 months in Congress but wealthy businessman Chris Hackett will be a credible alternative. (Previous ranking: N/A)
