Philly PAC fails to pay fine

A Philadelphia City PAC named Appreciation Fund has failed to pay a $39K fine owed to the city Board of Ethics.  The PAC delivered a check for $13,550 to a local catering business recently to pay for a Friends of Bob Brady event held over a year ago, but has yet to pay the fine owed for over a year.
