Former Director of Motor vehicles being used in a TV ad in Kentucky

William Titelman, a lawyer at Bernstein Liebhard & Lifschitz, who once served as Director of Motor Vehicles under Governor Mitlon Shapp, is being used in web ad against Kentucky U.S. Senate candidate Bruce Lunsford.  While Titelman now lives in DC and not Pa. the entertainment value is worth a watch.
