State College Republican ED resigns

Adam LaDuca, head of the Pennsylvania College Republicans and a student at Kutztown University resigned his position over comments he made on his Facebook account. LaDuca resigned his executive director position after he posted comments about the size of Barack Obama's lips and stating black people have a historically lower IQ.

ED resigns
Does anyone read any history anymore? More to the point, has this college student taken a tour through the various characterizations of Italians at the turn of the last century? Would he gladly accept broad brush slanders of organized crime associations as broadly valid against his origins? I hope not. He has apparently forgotten that the Obamas are Americans too and that those who disagree with him also pay taxes and make their contributions in many fields to their country. If he feels otherwise, then let him get a job and he can pay my tax bill as he doesn't want to accept traitor's money......

I don't agree with him on all his comments, but I think people have lost a sense of humor. I have heard black comedians say worse things than that, and in someways it pales in comparison to the onslaught with Sarah Palin. I'd give him a pass but it explain it to him nicely.
