Chris Carney and PA-10 one of the most watched races in the country

Stuart Rothenberg of the Rothenberg Political Reports has the latest House ratings. Of the races that are up for grabs, Pennsylvania has six that are Rothenberg’s watch list.
Rothenberg lists Chris Carney and PA-10 as one of the few pure toss-up races in America. Carney will face the winner of Tuesday’s primary campaign between businessmen Chris Hackett and Dan Meuser.
PA-04, which is a rematch between freshman Congressman Jason Altmire and former Congresswomen Melissa Hart is listed as a lean Democrat seat. Others making the list include Jim Gerlach in PA-06 and Tim Murphy in PA-18 which are favored Republican seats and Patrick Murphy in PA-08 and Paul Kanjorski in PA-11 which are favored Democrat seats.
