Every day from now until Election Day, PolitickerPA.com will publish the results of the latest Muhlenberg College tracking poll.
The latest poll shows Democrat Barack Obama with a 7-point lead over Republican John McCain in Pennsylvania, his smallest in the survey since late-September. Obama garners 52 percent of the vote compared to 45 percent for McCain, with 3 percent undecided. In a sign that the race is settling into its final contours, the percentage of undecided voters has gradually fallen, with 3 percent being the smallest to date.
At the same time, Obama's support has leveled off, while McCain's had steadily increased. Other polls have also showed the race tightening to single-digits.
