I do not see prices for everday living expenses going down for what is (and will probably dissappear) the "middle class" Pennsylvania. As long as the "taxpayers" that are footing the bills for these corrupt individuals continues, I believe that these sub-human species will be voted out of office, and the demand for an "open" government will happen.
