Specter: Palin has 'potential' to be vice president
ST. PAUL, Minn. -- During a sit down interview with reporters at the Crown Plaza hotel Wednesday morning, U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter (R-Philadelphia) said that Alaska Gov.
