Dent nets $231K for 2Q
By Dan Hirschhorn, PolitickerPA.com ReporterU.S. Rep. Charles Dent (R-Allentown) raised more than $231,000 for his reelection bid during the second quarter, leaving the 15th District incumbent with more than $686,000 in cash on hand, according to campaign finance reports published today.
Dent is facing Democrat Sam Bennett in the fall. Bennett's numbers had not yet been published early Tuesday afternoon.
Dent has now raised over $1.1 million during the election cycle and has spent more than $775,000.
