Lieberman to stump for McCain in Pa.

U.S. Sen. Joseph Lieberman will campaign for U.S. Sen. John McCain in Pennsylvania Aug. 21, The Morning Call reports.

Lieberman, the Connecticut Independent, has been a regular on the McCain campaign stump. A close ally, he has even joined McCain, the presumptive Republican nominee from Arizona, during recent overseas travel.

The visit later this month will help the campaign court the state's Jewish vote. Lieberman, The Call reports, will meet with local Jewish leaders and press, such as the Jewish Exponent.
