Marine vet at Russell rally: Murtha a 'fat little bastard'

God Bless Shawn Bryan and Bill Russell and all our really fine and brave military personnel serving our country.

To hell with that dirtbag Murtha. Shades of a modern day Benedict Arnold wouldn't ya say?

Time for Murtha to pack his bags in Washington and go home.

Murtha was in the Marine RESERVES for 37 years, with very little of it active duty. Quit trying to make him sound like a true career Marine.

What has happened to the law suit against Murtha by one of the marines he publicly condemned and convicted. I haven't heard any more about it since it was first publicized.

Keep the pressure on, Devil Dogs. Semper Fi brothers - this is something that Murtha, even with 37 years in, has forgotten.

I used to live in Butler County Pa. Some of the best people I have ever met in my life live there. Murtha is NOT one of them.

What I do not understand is how Pa. could possibly have re-elected this nutwad after the outrageous things he has already said about our troops.

Murtha is now a liberal career politician so anyone-anything or/and everyone-everything has become a means to his re-election so truth, honor, ethics, etc. are out the window. Semper Fi

Prehaps what Murtha said about Haditha has some turth. Could you deal with that? Yet time and time again Murtha has taken the anti American stance. We who have served so valiantly in the military, regardless of branch, do not deserve or condone a politician trying to make political hay through false accusations against our brothers and sisters in uniform.

Murtha's mouth is what swift-boated him. His lips have written checks he cannot politically hope to cash.

So, don't try and blame anyone except him for his own problems. Murtha is definitely not the victim here. He is the one who has wronged others unnecessarily.

It's time to replace Congress and House with new people that are in touch with the American people.

Where is the lawsuit the Kerry said the would file against the swiftboaters. He screamed that the swiftboaters lied. I guess they told the truth.

On the other hand the courts have proven Murtha lied.

I don't see the need to name call, but if I lived in his Pennsylvania House District I would vote him out of Congress on election day!

George Bush is hardly a conservative. His policies have been more like those of a liberal Democrat than a true conservative. But then I don't suspect that you would even know any of what his policies actually are, other than to parrot vague generalities that you've heard from your Democrat buddies.

Wow, the true depth of the political discussion taking place in these comments is over whelming. Its no surprise that the spending behavior and economics understanding of Americans is causing the global economy to go into a tailspin.

1)John Kerry was not swift boated unless by swift boating you mean that people tell the truth that you do not want to hear and it costs you the election.

3)Jabba Murtha was a two-faced swine when he tells the Marines to their faces how proud he is and then calls them murderers at home. What kind of precedence does that set for the morale of those brave enough to do the job that no one else will do.

4)He called his constituents racists and rednecks. I for one am sick and tired of being called racist if I do any of the following: 1)do not support BO, 2)call out BO for Ayers, Wright, Pfleger, Rezco, etc..., or 3)use his middle name.
