Muhlenberg tracking poll: Obama over McCain, 52-44

Every day from now until Election Day, PolitickerPA.com will publish the results of the latest Muhlenberg College tracking poll.

Barack Obama's lead over John McCain has shrunk to 8 points, according to the latest poll. That's a 5-point swing from two days ago, when Obama was up 54 percent to 41 percent.  The margin is the closest it's been since September, according to the poll, which is line with others that show a slight tightening in the race for Pennsylvania's 21 electoral votes.

Log on every afternoon for the latest tracking poll data.
