UPDATE, 9:00 a.m.: Four of the six "Bonusgate" defendants scheduled to have their preliminary hearing Tuesday morning have waved their hearing, including former House Minority Whip Mike Veon (D-Beaver County).
Combined with the six defendants who waved their hearing before Tuesday, that leaves just two to before the court today -- state Rep. Sean Ramaley (D-Beaver County) and former state House aide Anna Marrie Perretta-Rosepink.
Those who appeared in a Dauphin County Courthouse Tuesday morning to wave their hearing include: Veon and former Democratic House staffers Brett Cott, Earl Mosley, and Stephen Keefer.
Each now has their trial pass over to county court.
The hearing for Ramaley and Perretta-Rosepink starts at 10 a.m. -- the judge presiding over the case said the unexpected decision by the four defendents has forced the attorney general's office to reshuffle its witness list.
